Our sugar cookies have a shelf life of approximately 6 weeks, and we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place, preferably in an airtight container. For our loaded cookies, savor the freshness for up to 10 days by storing them in an airtight container (if they manage to last that long).

Yes! You can enquire to become a stockist here. Once you're approved as a stockist, you'll be provided access to our wholesale portal so you can order as often as you need online.

All our sugar cookies and loaded cookies leave the factory heat-sealed for freshness and to maintain quality.

As of now, we do not provide a pick-up option.

No problems, accidents happen!

If your parcel arrives damaged, please email us with photos of your parcel. We will do our best to resolve the issue at hand, case by case.

We triple check your order before we send it out, but should your parcel:

• arrive more than 5 days after than desired date
• get sent to the incorrect address
• features the incorrect design
• or it is missing elements

due to our own fault, we will provide a full refund or offer to replace your order. Please email us with photos of your order.
